Classroom Training
Our classroom training sessions are usually of a generic nature – geared towards employees with the same or similar requirements and where it is feasible to release several employees at the same time.
The training is usually held on-site, reducing travel costs and time away from the company. We always ensure that we use appropriate media for the subject matter. Most of our classroom training covers Sage 50c, Sage 200 and Sage Payroll.
Soft Skills Training
This covers topics such as customer service training and manual handling. We make sure that your employees remember the importance of treating each other with respect – treating their colleagues as though they were external customers.
We ensure the quality, design, delivery, implementation, analysis and feedback of all training activities are aligned to your business’s overall objectives.
