1-2-1 Training

Tailored and bespoke to the individual’s requirements

1-2-1 Sage Training:

Usually, this type of training consists of 1-2 hours of bespoke training geared towards a specific subject or task. We usually carry out this training on-site, causing minimum disruption to the working day as well as negating the costs of travel and time away from the office. 1-2-1 training also has the benefit of minimising pressure on the trainee, avoiding the need to ‘perform’ in front of a classroom.

1-2-1 training is completed at a speed and level that suits the individual’s needs and learning style.

Companies find this kind of training highly effective – delivering the right amount of training, at the right level, at the right time.

Classroom Training

Our classroom training sessions are usually of a generic nature – geared towards employees with the same or similar requirements and where it is feasible to release several employees at the same time.
The training is usually held on-site, reducing travel costs and time away from the company. We always ensure that we use appropriate media for the subject matter. Most of our classroom training covers Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage Payroll.


Soft Skills Training

This covers topics such as customer service training and manual handling. We make sure that your employees remember the importance of treating each other with respect – treating their colleagues as though they were external customers.

We ensure the quality, design, delivery, implementation, analysis and feedback of all training activities are aligned to your business’s overall objectives.
